Organic Sound Patrol

These gentlemen (Jay Psaros, vocal and guitar; Emmet Knox, bass) blew the doors off. They are incredibly fluent musicians, performing sardonic, jazzy originial tunes in a crowd-pleasing manner. Jay's solo guitar pieces are a wonder to behold.

Martin Earley, Mike Prisby, and Maeve Flanagan

Another group of first-rate performers thoroughly entertained tonight. Martin Earley (guitar, vocals), Mike Prisby (guitar), and Maeve Flanagan (fiddle) ripped through some modern Celtic-infused tunes with great energy.

Talent

Dan Walker

A favorite of the crowd, Dan treated us to fifteen minutes of strong, emotional vocals and guitar.

Talent

Andrew Murphy

On the spur of the moment, Dan decided to perform some tradional Irish ballads, delivering soulful renditions of "Black Is the Colour of My True Love's Hair" and "Raglan Road", among others.

Talent

Zbigniew McDermzcy

Proving once again that Paddy Barry's is a beacon for world travelers, we welcomed young Zbigniew on a brief stopover from Warsaw. He transcended the language barrier to become fast friends with everyone in attendance, treating us to spirited renditions of "Beer Barrel Polka", "She's Too Fat For Me", and "American Pie," which he cleverly transformed into "Polish Perogie."

Talent

James Norton

Quincy's own purveyor of post-punk panache served up another off-the-wall original song, this one extolling the many virtues of Cheez-Its".

Talent

Cheez-Its

James illustrated his song with this deftly-placed visual aid. It is not known what the "Duoz" refers to. Some think it a loose reference to "Change We Can Believe In," a phrase of obscure origin, for which linguists have yet to determine a meaning.
