Now the Red Sox were really pouring on the steam. So what the hell was I gonna do but stay home and watch the game?
Wow. Not a game night, but the open mic people were all in hiding. I did some songs, then took a nap on top of the dumpster behind the building. It's pretty hard to post pictures when there was nobody to take pictures of. So here, for your viewing pleasure, is Herman Munster playing a nice Martin OM-18.
Always nice to see Jessi. She's a great singer/songwriter who knows how to entertain as well.
Chris may set a record for most open mic performances at Paddy's.
The ex-New Yorker returned with his magic guitar.
At the risk of sounding like a Eurocentric slug (which I am, by the way) I gotta say that the names they wrote down for me this time were completely different than what they wrote last time. Nevertheless, the power rockers known as Tokyo Paddy's once again bridged the language gap to entertain famously.
Brian always gives it 500%.
It's always a good thing when Jimmy shows up!
Another day, another cool guitar. This one was about 50 years old, as I recall. The guitar, not Branson.
Ophir teamed up with his guitar-slingin' bud Jared for twice the value.
The Dean graced the stage again to put everyone else in their place.
More beautiful sonic musings from the king of beautiful sonic musings.
These boys were out for blood. Tonight's highlight: "A Pirate Looks at Forty."
Tom's just an all-around cool guy who loves to come down with his fan club and play. It's always a fun time when he's onstage.
Ophir just moved here from New York and is checking out the local open mic scene. Luckily, he chose us first. He's a serious guitarist and sings beautiful original songs.
It' a surprise every time with Chris. As usual, he kills on the guitar.
More great tunes from Brian, all free of charge right here at the open mic.
